We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Blackburn. This full-time, long-term role offers consistent hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working in behaviour support, preferably within alternative provision or similar educational settings
Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to stay calm and consistent in challenging situations
Reliable, professional, and committed to promoting positive behaviour and outcomes
