Milk Education are working with an inclusive primary school in Croydon to recruit a confident Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their classroom team from September. The role involves providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate behaviour and stay engaged in learning.

Ideal candidates will have experience with behaviour or SEMH, a calm and patient approach, and strong communication with staff and pupils. Ongoing CPD and long-term opportunities are offered.

Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will provide targeted support to pupils who may experience challenges with behaviour, helping them develop positive strategies and remain engaged with their learning.

The Role
