Whether you're an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant, hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or have recent experience supporting children with behavioural, social, emotional, or additional learning needs, we'd love to hear from you.
We have a range of long-term, full-time opportunities available, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning by promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and engagement both inside and outside the classroom. You'll work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive.
