Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support worker to join an Alternative Provision in Leeds. You will work with pupils presenting challenging behaviours, providing 1:1 and small-group interventions during term-time hours.

The role offers a full-time schedule Monday to Friday, a supportive SLT and SEN team, and a daily rate of £110-£130 depending on experience. Experience in PRU settings and Team Teach training are advantageous.

• Challenging behaviour experience required.
• Team Teach training is beneficial or willingness to undertake course.
• Experience in PRU would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with challenging behaviour.
• 1:1 / small group intervention sessions.
• Monitor student progress.

• Full-time, Monday - Friday school hours.
