Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with SEN or SEMH needs.
• A calm, professional, and supportive approach to behaviour management.
• Confidence in working independently and responding to situations in real time.
• This position would suit an experienced cover supervisor, learning support assistant, or youth mentor seeking a role with greater responsibility and impact.

Responsibilities

• Support students in emotional regulation and de-escalation
