Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication with students, staff and parents.
• Ability to manage behaviour and support restorative practices.
• Organisational skills for managing detentions and room resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the use of resources for the Reset and Refocus rooms and supervise related spaces.
• Organise and communicate staff rotas for detentions.
• Supervise Reset and Refocus rooms, Internal Reflection and collaborate with colleagues on behaviour management.
