Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Young Person, families and network to improve outcomes and resilience.
• Assess and identify evidence-based interventions and engage to support delivery of these interventions to improve the Young Person’s quality of life.
• Work as a core member of the PBS team under the supervision of the clinical lead and other clinicians within the team and support other PBS team members within their clinical roles.
• Collaborate with the team and wider social work colleagues, health and education professionals and others.
