Positive Support Group Limited is recruiting a PBS Practitioner to hold a caseload of clients with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism or mental health difficulties. The role focuses on functional behaviour assessments, writing behaviour support plans, and training people around each client to implement them.

The post moves between schools, hospitals, community settings and supported living, requiring a calm, values-led approach in emotionally demanding situations.

Formación

• Masters in PBS or equivalent qualification is required.
• UK-SBA registration or eligibility to register is required.
• Experience in managing caseloads of clients with complex needs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop function-based plans.
• Write high-quality FBA reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Plan interventions based on FBA findings and train mediators.
• Deliver training on clinical best-practice topics and ensure plan fidelity.
• Collect data and monitor progress toward goals.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and risk management policies.
