Job summary

The Bulwell Academy in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Officer to join our Therapy Reintegration Centre, The Bridge. This fixed-term post runs for 37 hours per week during term-time, from September 2026 to 31 August 2027, with a salary of £26,683–£28,985 per year.

You will work to support students’ wellbeing, promote the school’s values, and collaborate with staff and external agencies to address diverse needs.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Successful recent experience working with young people.
