TeacherActive is recruiting a Behaviour Support Officer for a specialist SEMH primary school in Lichfield. The role is full-time and long-term with an immediate start, delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring, supporting learning and behaviour in and outside the classroom.
You will develop individual behaviour support plans and collaborate with senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies to improve pupil outcomes. Salary is £100–£130 per day and PAYE arrangements apply.

The school is looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Officer on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Behaviour Support Officer will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, support learning and behaviour in and outside the classroom, develop individual behaviour support plans and work alongside senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies to improve outcomes for pupils.
