Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Ability to model calm, empathetic responses and promote inclusion.
• Understanding of relational practice and effective behaviour management in schools.
• Willingness to engage with staff, parents and external professionals.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group behaviour support.
• Lead restorative interventions to resolve conflicts.
• Plan and deliver relational practice plans for identified students.
• Support the Inclusion room and ensure timely arrival to lessons.
• Maintain records of meetings and communication with parents/carers.
