Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children or young people in a school, youth work, mentoring or pastoral support setting.
• Understanding of behaviour management, safeguarding and professional boundaries.
• Patient, resilient and able to respond appropriately to challenging situations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Experience supporting pupils with social, emotional or behavioural needs is beneficial.
• Willingness to follow school policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Aufgaben

• Mentor individual pupils and deliver targeted interventions to engage them in lessons.
• Identify underlying causes of behavioural difficulties and support positive choices.
