Responsibilities

• Provide tailored behavioural and emotional support to pupils within the Primary SRB setting.
• Support pupils in accessing learning activities and maintaining engagement in lessons.
• Implement behaviour strategies and interventions in line with individual support plans.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and self-regulation.
• Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals to support pupil progress.
• Promote a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, behaviour, and wellbeing.
• Support pupils during transitions, breaktimes, and structured activities where required.
