You will join the Behaviour Team to help implement and monitor effective interventions, contributing to shaping the students' future. This role requires experience in a SEND environment and a commitment to safeguarding.

Job Start Date: September 2025
Salary: TA 2 SCP 5 – 6 + SEN1, TA 3 SCP 7 – 17 + SEN
32.50 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to work as part of the Behaviour Team to implement and monitor interventions across the school.
Experience of working within a school environment preferably a SEND school with behaviour experience is desirable.
