Are you an experienced 1-2-1 Learning Support with SEND experience looking for a new challenge?

I am currently recruiting for 1:1 Specialists based in Stratford upon-Avon to work with a local Primary school. These positions will allow you to work 1:1 with children with Special Educational Needs and lower-level abilities who require dedicated, consistent support during their time in the classroom. I am seeking experienced support staff who can encourage, motivate, and support children to access the curriculum with ease. The children you will support may display disruptive and challenging behaviour, so we need confident learning support staff who can engage with the children and keep them on task.

Ideal candidate:

• Relevant qualifications or extensive experience working with children on a one-to-one basis.
• SEN experience, including Autism and lower-level abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with children.
• Confident in communicating with SENCO, leadership team, and parents.
• Passionate about working with SEN children and dedicated to helping them thrive and achieve targets set in their IEPs.
• Meticulous in completing IEPs to ensure all needs are covered and achievements are recorded and rewarded.
• Provide references.
• Complete an Enhanced DBS check.
