Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Do you have experience working with children with behavioural issues?

We are seeking a highly experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a school in Wakefield.

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing the classroom for lessons and cleaning up afterwards to maintain a safe environment
2. Assisting teachers with lesson materials and equipment
3. Recording and reporting pupils' progress
4. Helping pupils stay focused during lessons
5. Supervising group activities, sports events, and outings
6. Supporting teachers in managing student behaviour
7. Ensuring a healthy and safe learning environment

• Patient, resilient, and positive attitude towards learning and behaviour support
• Clear communication skills with teachers and pupils
• Ability to create an encouraging learning environment
