Teaching Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced 1:1 Behaviour Specialist Tutor to deliver personalised educational and behavioural support to pupils across Birmingham.
The role is home or school-based, part-time with flexible hours during school time. You will work one-to-one with pupils, applying behaviour management strategies and supporting emotional regulation to enable engagement with learning.

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Specialist Tutor to provide personalised educational and behavioural support to pupils across Birmingham.
The successful candidate will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis, either at the pupil’s home or within a school setting, primarily during school hours. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher, tutor, behaviour mentor, or education professional who has a strong understanding of behaviour management, emotional regulation, and supporting pupils with additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
