Job summary

rTriibe Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students in Wigan schools. This full-time role focuses on helping pupils overcome challenges, foster positive behavior, and build resilience.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant degree, has prior experience with young people, and possesses an updated DBS (Update Service) or is willing to apply. References and training in prevent and behaviour management are required.

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or degree with strong classification.
• Previous experience working with young people.
• Prevent awareness training updated in the last 3 years.
• Behaviour management training.
• Degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
• Empathy and patience.
• Resilience and problem-solving abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• A minimum of 2 references covering the 24 months of your actual work.
