Job summary

rTriibe Ltd is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a full-time position in Knowsley. You will support students' emotional and behavioural needs, bring your experience with young people, and work with safeguarding and behaviour management practices.

The role requires Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply, and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree. You will contribute to creating a positive learning environment and engage with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A minimum of 2 references covering the last 24 months of your actual work
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Degree educated
• Experience working with young people
• Up to date Prevent awareness and behaviour management training
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support students' emotional and behavioural needs in the classroom.
• Assist withBehaviour management and calm de-escalation when needed.
