Job summary

rTriibe Ltd in Derby seeks a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in developing positive behavioural norms and emotional growth. You will work closely with students, identify those needing extra help, and conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions to build trust and resilience.

Applicants should have experience working with children or young people with behavioural and emotional needs and possess an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Two references covering the past 24 months.
