Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Behaviour Mentors to support secondary schools and specialist provisions across Staffordshire. You will work with students requiring behavioural, emotional or pastoral support to engage with education and reach their potential.

You will contribute to a positive school environment by building relationships, promoting good behaviour, and working with pastoral teams to safeguard students.

Pay rate: £92.63 per day
Start Date: ASAP 2026
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full-time / Part time

Teaching Personnel are seeking Behaviour Mentors to support secondary schools and specialist provisions across Staffordshire.

You will work with students who require additional behavioural, emotional or pastoral support, helping them engage positively with education and achieve their potential.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting students both in and out of the classroom

• Building strong and consistent relationships

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

• Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

• Acting as a positive role model for young people
