Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support students in secondary schools and specialist provisions across Staffordshire, with a focus on developing positive relationships and behavioural support.

You'll work with students who require additional behavioural, emotional or pastoral support, helping them engage with education and reach their potential. This is a temporary, full/part-time role with a competitive daily rate.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire

Pay rate: £92.63 per day

Start Date: ASAP 2026

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Pattern: Full-time / Part time

Teaching Personnel are seeking Behaviour Mentors to support secondary schools and specialist provisions across Staffordshire.

You will work with students who require additional behavioural, emotional or pastoral support, helping them engage positively with education and achieve their potential.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting students both in and out of the classroom
• Building strong and consistent relationships
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams
• Acting as a positive role model for young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
