Job summary

TimePlan Education Group LTD is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a Newham Secondary School with an immediate start. This long-term, full-time role offers a daily rate of 100-120 and involves providing behavioural, emotional and academic support to students in a calm, structured environment.

You will collaborate with staff to implement behaviour and support plans, act as a positive role model and help pupils build resilience and self-belief while maintaining a supportive classroom

• Experience supporting young people in a school or alternative provision setting.
• Empathetic, patient and resilient with a genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Providing behavioural, emotional, and academic support to students
