Engage Education in Leeds is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in a supportive primary school in the WF3 area. You will support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping to engage them in class and reduce disruption.
The role involves liaising with teachers and parents to track progress and tailor support to needs such as Autism, SEMH and ADHD. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, enthusiastic and capable of building excellent relationships with pupils.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children or adults with challenging behaviour. The school are seeking educators to work with a wide range of needs, from children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to more Sensory Behavioural Difficulties linked to Autism.

This is a full time, long term position and the school are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
