Engage Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor in Hillingdon to support pupils with SEMH, Autism and other learning needs. The role involves one-to-one and small-group work, close collaboration with teachers and other support staff, and providing feedback to families.

Hours are 08:30–15:45 with a long-term contract (temp to perm) starting September 2026. The ideal candidate is proactive, rapport-building, and enthusiastic about helping children reach their full potential in a busy

Behaviour Mentor Required for Primary School in Hillingdon!

Working Hours: 08:30 – 15:45

Start Date: September 2026

About the role

This Behaviour Mentor role is based in a supportive and proactive school in Hillingdon. They are seeking educators to support a wide range of needs, from children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to those with Sensory Behavioural Difficulties linked to Autism.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality mentors to work with these schools and positively impact pupils’ progress and attainment.

Your Role:
  • Supporting on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class and minimise disruption
  • Providing feedback to teachers and parents
  • You will be assisting pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Disabilities
