We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic, highlymotivated Behaviour Mentors who are committed to improving behavioural outcomesfor all pupils. Working under the guidance of the Pastoral Lead, SeniorLeadership Team and SENDCO, the Behaviour Mentor will support pupils withsocial, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, promoting positive behaviour,inclusion and engagement across the school.
The Behaviour Mentor will provide targeted support tohelp pupils develop positive behaviour, overcome barriers to learning, and makepositive choices. They will work closely with pupils and their families topromote engagement, improve outcomes, and enable pupils to reach their fullpotential.
