Hearsall Community Academy in Coventry is seeking two enthusiastic Behaviour Mentors to support students with SEMH needs. Working under the Pastoral Lead and SENDCO, you will promote positive behaviour, inclusion and engagement across the school.
You will help pupils develop positive behaviours, work with families, and contribute to safeguarding training and a safe environment in line with KCSIE and local policies.

We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic, highly motivated Behaviour Mentors who are committed to improving behavioural outcomes for all pupils. Working under the guidance of the Pastoral Lead, Senior Leadership Team and SENDCO, the Behaviour Mentor will support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, promoting positive behaviour, inclusion and engagement across the school.
The Behaviour Mentor will provide targeted support to help pupils develop positive behaviour, overcome barriers to learning, and make positive choices. They will work closely with pupils and their families to promote engagement, improve outcomes, and enable pupils to reach their full potential.
