Prospero Teaching is recruiting Psychology graduates to work as Behaviour Mentors in secondary schools and alternative provisions across the Midlands. This is a valuable role for gaining practical experience supporting students with SEMH, SEND and behavioural challenges before pursuing teaching or psychology careers.
You will work with staff to foster positive learning engagement and provide targeted support, both individually and in small groups.
