Prospero Teaching in Oldham is seeking a Youth Mentor (Specialist Support Role) to join a SEND-focused trust. The role is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–3:30pm schedule, term-time only, and a weekly rate of £550–£750.
You will provide one-to-one mentoring and group support to vulnerable students with complex learning, SEMH, and trauma-informed needs, helping them engage in education and navigate crises with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
