Role Overview

We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Mentor to support students with social emotional behaviour difficulties. You will help them overcome learning barriers, working with children on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

Salary and Benefits

• Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 7, Scale point 32 - 36
• Actual salary: £22,505.84 - £24,368.62 per annum (FTE: £25,331.25 - £27,427.89)
