37 hours per week - Permanent, Term Time plus 2 weeks

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Mentor to support individual students with social emotional behaviour difficulties. The role involves helping students overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside of school, working with children on a one-to-one basis or in small or large groups.

Salary and Benefits

Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 7
Scale point 32 - 36
Actual salary: £22,505.84 - £24,368.62 per annum (FTE: £25,331.25 - £27,427.89)
