Are you an ex-prison officer, ex-police officer, or youth worker ready to make a difference? Join our SEND team as a Behaviour Mentor!

Do you have a passion for working with secondary-aged children and want to create meaningful change and support them to turn their lives around? Are you driven, enthusiastic, and ready to inspire? If so, please read on!

What you'll do:

1. Work 5 days a week in school or college provisions, supporting students 1:1 or in small groups.
2. Empower learning, boost engagement, and raise attainment for students with MLD and SLD.
3. Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure seamless support between school and home.
4. Cultivate your skills as an LSA while experiencing the joy of making a lasting impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available later.
