JOB DESCRIPTION: BEHAVIOUR MENTOR

Behaviour Mentor to work within a great all girls secondary school on a full-time basis starting in July 2025. The role involves working with pupils to support their learning, manage behaviour, and improve class punctuality and attendance.

  • Position: Behaviour Mentor
  • Salary: GBP 18,213 - GBP 26,010
  • Full-time role
  • Start date: July 2025
  • Support for professional progression and pathway into teaching
  • Supporting students in reflection room to realign behaviour

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting, managing, and maintaining positive student behaviour
  • Supervising students during break, lunch, and after school, ensuring health and safety
  • Performing administrative tasks as required
  • Managing the school Reflection Room
