Step Teachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor for a long-term, full-time supply role in a vibrant secondary school in North London. The post starts from April 2026 and involves delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a calm, orderly classroom, and supporting pupils to make strong progress.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff, adapt to a range of subjects, manage behaviour, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
