Step Teachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor for an 11–18 secondary school. You will supervise classes during teacher absences and deliver prepared materials across various subjects, maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management, excellent communication, and the ability to lead groups of students independently while adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
