Job summary

Step Teachers is recruiting Cover Supervisors for flexible daily and short-term roles across secondary schools in Cheshunt and surrounding areas. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with placements tailored to your availability and preferences.

We emphasise safeguarding, DBS checks, and compliant recruitment. Your salary is paid weekly through PAYE, with access to exclusive deals and wellbeing support as standard.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged students in an educational setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
