Job summary

Step Teachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Enfield and the surrounding areas, offering both full-time and part-time roles starting ASAP. These flexible opportunities enable you to work across different settings and make a positive impact.

You will supervise classes, deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour, and assist pupils with lesson content, while contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment and liaising with teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident delivering instructions and engaging with pupils.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student development.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
