Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a Westminster secondary school starting ASAP. You will provide 1:1 and in-class support to students facing behavioural challenges, including those with ASD, to help them engage with lessons.

This long-term position offers daily pay of £115–£120, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop classroom management skills in a dynamic SEMH environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEMH students is preferred.
• Experience with 1:1 behavioural support.
• Training in Physical Restraint is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-class support to students.
• Support students during lunch and breaks.
• Monitor behaviour and support learning.
• Assist with managing interventions for ASD students.

The Role - Behaviour Mentor - Westminster

We are looking for a strong and experienced Behaviour mentor to join a Secondary School starting soon as possible. You will be working closely with students facing behaviour problems due to varrious aspects such as ADHD, Social and emtional or life traumas. For the Behaviour Mentor role you will be required to provide 1:1 support and in class support to the students on a day to day basis. You will also be supporting students during lunch and morning breaks as well as after school and patrolling during lesson times to ensure all students are in class. As a Behaviour Mentor you will help manage the child's behaviour as well as supporting them with their learning. Physical Intervention training is highly desirable.
