Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a capable Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH secondary school in Lambeth. You will provide 1:1 support and in-class assistance to pupils with behavioural challenges, including ADHD and SEMH, starting ASAP for a long-term role.

Responsibilities include supervision during lunch/breaks, patrolling during lessons, and helping manage behaviour while supporting learning. Physical intervention training is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 support to pupils.
• Experience with students with ADHD or SEMH.
• Physical intervention training desirable.

Responsibilities

The Role - Behaviour Mentor - Lambeth

We are looking for a strong and experienced Behaviour mentor to join a Secondary School starting soon as possible. You will be working closely with students facing behaviour problems due to varrious aspects such as ADHD, Social and emtional or life traumas. For the Behaviour Mentor role you will be required to provide 1:1 support and in class support to the students on a day to day basis. You will also be supporting students during lunch and morning breaks as well as after school and patrolling during lesson times to ensure all students are in class. As a Behaviour Mentor you will help manage the child's behaviour as well as supporting them with their learning. Physical Intervention training is highly desirable.
