Job summary

Teach360 in Harrow is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school, ASAP start. The role focuses on 1:1 support and in-class assistance for students facing behavioural challenges, including ADHD-related behaviours, ASD, and emotional needs.

You will work across breaks and during lessons to reinforce learning, support classroom management, and ensure pupils remain engaged. Physical intervention training is desirable to help keep students safe.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting pupils with behavioural challenges.
• Experience with pupils with ASD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and in-class support to students daily.
• Support during lunch and breaks and patrol corridors to ensure classroom engagement.
• Assist with behaviour management and support learning activities.
• Physical intervention training is highly desirable.

The Role - Behaviour Mentor - Harrow

We are looking for a strong and experienced Behaviour mentor to join a Secondary School starting soon as possible. You will be working closely with students facing behaviour problems due to varrious aspects such as ADHD, Social and emtional or life traumas. For the Behaviour Mentor role you will be required to provide 1:1 support and in class support to the students on a day to day basis. You will also be supporting students during lunch and morning breaks as well as after school and patrolling during lesson times to ensure all students are in class. As a Behaviour Mentor you will help manage the child's behaviour as well as supporting them with their learning. Physical Intervention training is highly desirable.
