Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH-focused secondary school in Harrow, starting September 2026. You will support students with behaviour challenges, provide 1:1 and in-class assistance, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Experience with ADHD/SEMH is desirable; Physical Intervention training is an advantage. Role is long-term with day rates of 115–120 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour.
• Ability to provide 1:1 and in-class support.
• Understanding of SEMH needs (e.g., ADHD).
• Physical Intervention training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and in-class support to students on a day-to-day basis.
• Support students during lunch/breaks and patrol during lessons to ensure students are in class.

The Role - Behaviour Mentor - Harrow

We are looking for a strong and experienced Behaviour mentor to join a Secondary School from September 2026. You will be working closely with students facing behaviour problems due to varrious aspects such as ADHD, Social and emtional or life traumas. For the Behaviour Mentor role you will be required to provide 1:1 support and in class support to the students on a day to day basis. You will also be supporting students during lunch and morning breaks as well as after school and patrolling during lesson times to ensure all students are in class. As a Behaviour Mentor you will help manage the child's behaviour as well as supporting them with their learning. Physical Intervention training is highly desirable.
