We are looking for a confident, resilient and compassionate Behaviour Learning Mentor to join a welcoming school in Kings Heath, Birmingham, providing dedicated support to a Year 6 pupil with challenging behaviour.
This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-1:00pm, starting ASAP and continuing for the full academic year.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour, SEMH, SEND, youth work or behaviour intervention and will be calm, consistent and able to build positive relationships. This role would suit an experienced Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker or Sports Coach with excellent behaviour-management skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-1:00pm
Start: ASAP
Duration: Full academic year
