Marchant Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager for a high-performing secondary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The role focuses on supporting pastoral care, behaviour management and inclusion within the school community.

You will manage daily incidents, lead targeted interventions, liaise with Heads of Year and communicate with parents. This post requires previous school-based experience and a calm, confident approach to challenging situations.

A high-performing secondary school in Waltham Forest is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager to join its pastoral team.

Previous school-based experience is essential, ideally in behaviour management, pastoral support, inclusion or student services. Current Waltham Forest vacancies show Behaviour Manager roles with full-time permanent arrangements and an immediate/as-soon-as-possible start.
