Job summary

Cambian New Elizabethan School in Hartlebury, Kidderminster, invites applications for a Behaviour Lead. The successful candidate will drive whole-school behaviour strategies, deliver staff training, and oversee health and safety aspects including ISS – Part 5, in a small, supportive setting of up to 65 pupils.

• Evidence of professional development in behaviour management.
• Experience with restorative practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-school behaviour strategies and restorative practices.
• Oversee risk assessments and health and safety (ISS – Part 5).
• Provide staff training on behaviour management and de-escalation.
• Act as CPI lead and liaise with parents and external agencies.
• Monitor behaviour data and inform intervention planning.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive school environment.
