Job summary

Cambian New Elizabethan School in Hartlebury, Kidderminster is seeking a passionate Behaviour Lead to drive whole‑school behaviour strategies, deliver staff training and lead restorative practices.

The post involves health and safety duties under ISS Part 5, leading risk assessments, CPI responsibilities, liaising with parents and agencies, and promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment. 40 hours per week, term time, salary £28,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• CPI trained or qualified CPI trainer (or willingness to undergo training)
• Evidence of relevant professional development in behaviour management and/or restorative practices

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-school behaviour strategies and restorative practices.
• Oversee risk assessments across the school, including ISS – Part 5.
• Provide staff training on behaviour management and CPI.
• Liaise with parents and external agencies to support pupils.
• Analyse behaviour data to inform interventions.
