Job summary

Saltash Community School is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager to oversee our provision for students requiring additional support. You will lead and develop pastoral strategies to promote a positive, inclusive and ambitious school culture, guiding colleagues and parents alike.

The role oversees the school’s ‘Reset’ removal room, supports duty teams, and works with the inclusion and pastoral staff to intervene early and effectively. This is a permanent post starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pastoral support in a school setting.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with parents and carers.
• Calm, resilient approach with safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the school’s Reset removal room and duty support.
