Job summary

Churchill Academy & Sixth Form in Churchill, Somerset, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Coordinator to join the behaviour team. You will support and supervise students temporarily removed from lessons and placed in the Refocus Room, delivering targeted intervention to aid reintegration.

You will work closely with Heads of House, the behaviour and leadership teams to support individuals or small groups, helping pupils reflect on their choices and achieve the academy’s vision of high standards and

Term time only plus INSETWe are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Coordinator to join our behaviour team, who will support and supervise students who have been temporarily removed from lessons and been placed in the Academy’s Refocus Room. The post holder will carry out intervention work with students to support a smooth reintegration into the learning environment.The post holder will work closely with our Heads of House, behaviour team, and leadership team to assist in the support for individuals, or small groups of students who are experiencing behavioural difficulties.The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with a focus on enabling young people to make a positive difference and achieve the Academy’s vision: to set no limits on what we can achieve.About Churchill Academy & Sixth Form:We are proud to be a successful comprehensive school with an excellent sixth form in a beautiful rural setting, only 30 minutes outside of Bristol city centre.
