Job summary

SeeAbility in Kent is seeking a Behaviour Consultant on a full-time role (up to 6 months) to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and trauma. Salary £47,277 per annum plus benefits, 37.5 hours per week.

You will work within a Positive Behaviour Support framework, delivering assessments, interventions and long-term planning to improve quality of life for those supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field with at least two years of applicable experience; or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with support teams to conduct comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluations over the long term, developing positive behaviour support plans within a PBS framework.
• Deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK training to support teams.
• Coach teams on delivering excellent support using approaches such as Active Support.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, e.g., Periodic Service Review.
• Support business development with new referrals within the defined model of support.
• Engage with families to build open, honest, and transparent working relationships.
• Ensure work is delivered through a trauma-informed lens and upskill the team.
