Job summary

Miller Homes in the South Midlands region, Bedford, is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join the team. You will take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers.

The role focuses on securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in line with company standards, procedures and targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performance sales role.
• Able to deliver exceptional customer service and handle customers professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to report on issues affecting the development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion.
• Meet prospective customers and remain the primary contact throughout the journey.
• Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the home-buying process.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation to reflect strong sales messaging.
