Miller Homes Ltd invites applications for a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) based in the Bedford area within our South Midlands region. You will lead the development sales function, manage the customer journey, and be the primary Miller Homes contact for prospective and existing buyers.

Responsibilities include overseeing pre-start to post-completion sales, presenting show homes to reflect high standards, and meeting targets with a strong customer service ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales-driven roles with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to manage end-to-end customer journey and pre/post-sale activities.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a high standard of sales messaging
